Incident Command System 300 & 400 *BUNDLE (In Person) April 13th - 17th
ICS 300 Course Description: By the end of this course, the student should be able to describe how the NIMS Command and Management component supports the management of expanding incidents and describe the incident/event management process for expanding incidents and supervisors as prescribed by the ICS. The student will be able to implement the incident management process on a simulated Type 3 incident and develop an IAP for a simulated incident.
ICS 400 Course Description: By the end of this course, the student should be able to explain how major incidents pose special management challenges; describe the circumstances in which an Area Command is established; describe the circumstances in which multiagency coordination systems are established. The course is designed for senior personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in an Area Command or multiagency coordination system.
Pre-Requisites : ICS 100c (6/25/18), ICS 200c (3/11/19), ICS 700b (6/25/18), ICS 800 (5/6/20)
*Must bring a laptop to class
*All Pre-Requisites must be done before class
