The American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider Course is designed for healthcare professionals and first responders who need to recognize and manage life-threatening emergencies.

This Course Covers:

• Latest science and education from the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC
• High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• The AHA Chain of Survival for both prehospital and in-facility providers
• Early and effective use of an AED
• Proper ventilations using a barrier device
• Team dynamics in multirescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member
• Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants

This Course Includes:

• Required AHA BLS Provider Manual
• 4-hour instructor-led training with hands-on practice
• Written exam and skills testing
• American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard, valid for 2 years

• Minimum Enrollment: Each BLS class requires at least 6 students to make. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students may transfer to another class of their choice or request a refund.
